This Public Offer sets out the general terms under which LIQD provides digital design and development services. Exact scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing per project.

2. Scope & Deliverables

Deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria are defined in a written brief, proposal, or statement of work.

3. Payments

Payments are made according to the agreed invoice schedule. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are transferred as specified in the project agreement upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

LIQD is not responsible for third‑party services, hosting, or platform changes. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the services in the last 30 days, where permitted by law.
